Suchi & Matt
Vancouver Wedding
I am so thrilled to be sharing these images. I grinned my way through photographing Suchi and Matt’s day, editing their images, and creating this post. I adore Suchi’s laugh and easy going nature and how you can tell Matt is so thrilled to be with her. Their story has brought them from Bangladesh and England to Canada.
The day was about the two of them celebrating with their hundred closest family and friends. It started with Suchi and her sister getting ready in her condo. Bright red liptsick smudged on her dress was remedied with some dish soap. A last minute need for food with some Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. Earrings forgotten, purchased at London Drugs.
There is something about how a father looks at his daughter for the last time before she is married. How he held her hand tightly before putting it in Matt’s hands and held his hand over their’s looking at them both before returning to his seat. There was so special about their connection.
A special program featuring Bangla music was performed for the guests by many of Suchi’s relatives. Delicious food, followed by thoughtful speeches.
Then a party like I have never seen.
Suchi and Matt. Thank you for letting me document your day. It was perfect.
This post was happily sponsored by, Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup!

WOW. Such breathtaking work, Brittany. It’s like… it’s like, for every shot, you stopped and took 20 minutes aligning the perfect light, composition, moment… but I know that all of this was done in the blink of an eye. True talent, gorgeous soul.

Brittany, your eye for subtlety, small moments and details just astounds me. I’m so inspired by this.
