On Saturday, June 27 I had the pleasure of spending the day with Laura and Neal Shannon as they declared their devotion for each other forever. The ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful Canmore Golf and Curling Club where the location was spectacular, the staff were courteous and most importantly (well… in some people’s opinions) the food was absolutely divine!
Laura and her three bridesmaids got ready while her father prepared hash browns, bacon and eggs starting at 9 and finishing at 12:30; Neal and his groomsmen on the other hand started their preparatory work at 11 and finished at 11:30 sharp. Something about that just isn’t fair fair for us ladies eh?

Isn’t Neal the most lucky man having such a ravishing bride? Turns out that when they met the first time 7 years ago at a bar she gave him the incorrect number; she claims it was accidental… we all know better.
Regardless of the wind the whole wedding party were great sports!
